Yes. Contact your Event Coordinator preferably 48 hours in advance.
Is the birthday person included in the count?
Yes. The birthday person is included in the total guest count.
Is there an age recommendation for birthday parties?
We recommend anyone over 5 years old.
What does the Event Coordinator do?
Your party host will ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They will assist with the cake and decoration set-up, food and beverages during the time in the party room and clean-up.
Can I bring extra decorations?
Yes, as long as they can be removed when leaving.
Can I bring themed plates, napkins and utensils?
Yes, please bring whatever paper good and decorations you like. Talk with the coordinator so everything will be ready when you arrive.
How many pizzas and sodas are included in the price?
One large pizza and one pitcher of beverages is included with every 5 guests. Pizza is sliced in 10 peices.
Can I purchase additional pizzas, beverages and cupcakes?
Yes, please let the party coordinator know in advance.
Can I bring my own cake?
Absolutely.
Do you offer customized party packages?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be accepted but there will be no refund of the 50% deposit.

When do I pay the rest of the balance?
You can pay the remaining balance at check-in on the day of your event.
